Provide welcome/information kits to visitors/newcomers (contain Prince of Peace refrigerator magnet, bookmark, parish ministries & staff brochure, Alpha course brochure, Children & Family Ministries brochure and copy of Peace Prints monthly newsletter)
Host bi-monthly ‘Rector’s Coffees’ for visitors/newcomers
Co-Sponsor annual Newcomers Party/Vestry BBQ each fall
Schedule greeters for Sunday services & maintain list
Assist with Information Table on patio following Sunday services
Organize
efforts to update Parish Pictorial Directory as needed
(last done in 1997)
Coordinate and approve parish advertising in
newspaper, Yellow Pages, Money Mailer, etc.
