Financials  -- 2009 will have a net loss of about $6,000. Pledge income fell short about $27,000 (92% of pledged income received), and plate collections were down by $4,000 as well.

Budget for 2010 – Pledge income $502,000 – 92 to 95% giving rate. Budget assumes we will receive $489,000.

$10,000 had to be cut from the proposed budget to get a positive budget, with a surplus of only $20.00.

Outreach goes to $3,000 from $5,000, leaving $2,000 to go to medical coverage, plus projected savings of $1,000 in less trash costs.

202 pledges, 18 new, 22 did not come in, 66 increases, 38 decreased. Average pledge $2500, last year’s $2420. Passed budget.
