Thanks to our Fundraising Committee the recent non-event fundraiser mailing is a success: Merril Broth, Bob Hromadka, Grace Latt, Theresa Murphey, Letty Siegel and Steve Zarachoff.
Thanks to everyone who participated in the Kol Tikvah Food Drive October 9th. Donated were 381 bags of groceries.
Pantry Schedulers thank volunteers for e-mailing their weekday and shift preferences. However, they would appreciate it if phone numbers would be included.
Supermarket Food Drives Help is needed Saturday, November 8th in front of Albertson’s Market at Victory and Fallbrook, and Saturday, November 15th at Ralph’s at Sherman Way and Shoup. Both consist of two hour shifts, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Call Al Trumpler (818) 887-9384.
Volunteer News Jim Oliver is almost recovered from his surgery. Welcome to newly trained volunteers: Julia Berkovitz, Olivia Farzam, Roberta Leverson, Mary McAllister, Karry and Paige Plaskoff, Phoebe Shaw and Anne Stambaugh.
