Pantry Paper – March 2009

SAVE THE DATE March 22nd from 2 to 4 p.m., Phyllis Henkin will open her home for a Coffee/Tea Klatch and a tour of her wonderful doll collection. One of our most active volunteers, Phyllis has offered to host this event through the Woodland Hills Woman’s Club to raise money for our Food Pantry. The cost is a minimum donation of $10 plus a pastry to share. Please make your donation payable to the Woodland Hills Woman’s Club, and all receipts will be given to the Food Pantry. SUPERMARKET FOOD DRIVES Help is needed Saturday, March 14th in front of Albertson’s Market at Victory and Fallbrook, and Saturday, March 21st at Ralph’s at Sherman Way and Shoup. Both consist of two hour shifts, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Call Al Trumpler to sign up (818) 887-9384.

WE NEED CASH-OFF SUPERMARKET COUPONS Some are in Entertainment books or the newspaper; others come in the mail. Please drop them at the Pantry.
