Give this to us for the sake of Christ our Savior, Amen. R All: Take, Lord, all my liberty. Receive my memory, my understanding and my whole will. Whatever I have and possess you have given me. To you I restore it wholly, and to your will I surrender it for your direction. Help me to love you before all else. Amen.     Week 1: Prayer for Pentecost   Week 2: Prayer of Praise   v All: O Holy Spirit, whose temple I am Double in my heart thy flame.     Leader: You are good, all good, the highest good. D Leader: Come, Holy Spirit Response: Breathe on me.   Leader: You are love and charity. (Silence)     Week 3: Prayer of Intercession   v All: Almighty and everlasting God, ruler of all things in heaven and earth, hear our prayers for this parish family. Strengthen the faithful, arouse the careless, and restore the penitent. Grant us all things necessary for our common life, and bring us all to be of one heart and mind within your holy Church; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.   D Leader: We pray for our families and friends and for those whose lives are closely linked with ours (especially N.)   D Leader: We pray for those who are sick or in any distress of body, mind, or spirit. (especially N.)   D Leader: We pray for those who travel on land or sea or in the air. (especially N.)   D Leader: We pray for the state of the world, for the proper use of the earth’s resources, and for the good of all. (especially ____)   D Leader: We pray for the Church, for all bishops and ministers, and for the laity. (especially N.)     All: Dear Lord, you have told us, “Beseech the Lord of the harvest to send forth laborers into His harvest.” We respond to that request by asking you to equip all clergy with the strength and courage to minister to all your people. Lead them to your Word, send them to your people, and bring us all to your heavenly home. In the Name of Christ Jesus we pray.
