My family and I have been involved at Prince of Peace for many years.  After serving for a decade as a chaplain at Los Angeles County Hospital, I was ordained and joined the clergy team at Prince of Peace in 2022.   I could not ask for a better place to serve and grow as a disciple of Jesus Christ!

My family and I have been Prince of Peace members for decades. I came to the diaconate a little late in life, following studies and work in music. Ordained a deacon here at Prince of Peace in 2017, my passion has been to take the church out to the world and to bring the needs of the world back to the church. I hope to be a witness to the grace of God, the love of Christ and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit.

My wife and I were married at Prince of Peace in 2000, establishing our Christian home. Our family loves the variety of ministries at the church and throughout the community. I am honored to work with a tremendous Financial team of church members as Treasurer and Business Manager.

As a 4th grader, my science teacher brought us to the chapel to thank God for His amazing creation! This made an impact on my mind and heart.

My husband Kevin and I joined Prince of Peace in 1983 and have served in the Children and Families Ministry for over 30 years. My heart overflows when I spend time with children, faithfully sharing God’s deep love for us. 
 

Music Director

I am a graduate of California State University, Northridge, and I have actively supported worship through music ministry at Prince of Peace since 1988. The music program includes a mixed choir, men’s choir, handbells, drums, and an organist internship. Music supports the liturgy, enhances worship, and invites the congregation to join in singing and celebrating together.

I have served as the Executive Director of the West Valley Food Pantry since January 2026. As a Valley native, I bring a deep personal commitment to serving my community and ensuring access to healthy, nutritious food for all. My professional background spans accounting, auditing, event planning, database management, and nonprofit fundraising and communications.

Prince of Peace Vestry

The Vestry is the Board of Directors of the Parish. The Vestry manages the temporal affairs of Prince of Peace and is the legal representative of the parish with regard to all matters pertaining to its corporate property. The presiding officer of the Vestry is the Rector. There are two wardens. The Senior Warden leads the parish between rectors and is a support person for the Rector. The Junior Warden (the people's warden) has responsibility for church property and buildings and serves to represent the needs of the parishioners. Members of the Vestry lead many of the ministries of the parish. Vestry members are elected at the annual meeting (held in January), generally for three-year terms.  The Vestry meets the third Monday of every month.
